Old Business

● Floor was opened to discuss old business. Nothing brought up.

New Business

● Vickie Burrage spoke about managing the website and the updates

she has had to make. She will continue to manage the site as long

as her current software is compatible. If the software becomes

obsolete, new software would need to be purchased and the site

would have to be re-created from scratch. As long as Windows 10

runs the site should be good. Vickie offered to continue managing the

website if the Battery agreed. Motion made by Virgil that Vickie

continue as website manager. Motion seconded and passed.

● Vickie Burrage read the Treasurer's report stating the current balance

of the Battery’s checking account was $2,298.07.

● JP Burrage mentioned he has been maintaining a plague with the

deceased members of the Battery. A picture was shown and JP said

he will continue adding names as needed.

● William Shaw brought up pictures that he has in his possession and

that he is willing to make copies for anyone who wishes to have one.

Charlie Biddix suggested everyone write their names on a list to have

the pictures made. It was agreed to by William Shaw.

● Russell Hicks opened the floor for anyone to host next year’s reunion.

The discussion turned to the majority wanting to have the reunion in

Albuquerque, New Mexico. Regina Zhuckkahosee agreed to help her

family organize the reunion for Albuquerque, NM next year.

● Ron Cummins thanked Russ and Joye Hicks for hosting this year’s

reunion and for organizing the sightseeing trips and dinners.

● A collection was taken for the Battery ($909) as well as for the

breakfast cook ($127) at the hotel. The updated Battery checking

account amount is now $3207.07.
